I ordered a bundle, but I only received one item. Was there a problem with the delivery?

Please note that our bundles, such as piano + bench, guitar + pedal, and guitar + stand, are shipped separately. It is possible for one package to arrive first, with the others arriving within 2–3 days.

How long will it take for the order to arrive?

Item preparation usually takes 24 hours. After the order is shipped, delivery usually takes between 5 and 8 business days.

How can I track my order?

As a general rule, we will send you an email containing tracking information within 24 business hours of your order being shipped.

Delivery fees vary depending on the products. Most are free. If the shipping distance is longer, additional charges will apply. You can check the specific delivery costs at checkout.

Why was my package returned?

Several reasons may be behind the issue:
1) Incorrect or incomplete address
2) Invalid phone number
3) Undeliverable. Please contact our customer service for assistance. You can also contact the carrier for more information.

Why does my package say it was delivered when it wasn't?

If your package tracking shows that it has been delivered to your address, please check around porches, back doors, behind planters, your mailbox, with other household members, neighbors, or the rental office/central reception, if applicable.

In most cases, packages are delivered to your mailbox or signed for by your neighbors. We recommend checking your mailbox and with your neighbors first. You can also check with the carrier using your tracking number and ID.
