What are the delivery times?

Order preparation generally takes 24 hours. After the package has been sent, it will take approximately 3-7 business days to be delivered to you. 

How can I track my package ?

You will be notified by email of tracking information within 24 hours (business day) of your order being sent. 
If you do not receive an email, or there is no update on the tracking page within 2-3 business days of shipment, please contact us for more information.

What countries do you ship to?

We deliver to France (Except Corsica.), Italy, Germany and Spain. (Customers from other European countries can contact customer service for more information. 

Why was my package returned?

There are several possible reasons for this:
1) Incorrect or incomplete address
2) Invalid phone number
3) Inability to deliver
Please contact our Customer Service for any assistance. It is also sometimes necessary to contact the carrier for more information.

Why is my package showing as delivered when I haven't received anything yet?

In most cases, your package may already be in your mailbox, or your neighbors may have signed for it. We advise you to check your mailbox and check with your neighbors first. Or you can directly check with the carrier with your tracking number and your identity document. 
If you still can't find where your package is after this, please contact Customer Service.

I still haven't received my package. Where is my order ?

The estimated delivery time for your package includes the order processing time as well as the delivery duration, we kindly ask you to be patient until the estimate date expires. For more information, please see the Delivery Information page. 
You will be able to follow the progress of the delivery using the tracking service. 
If the estimated delivery date has passed and you still have not received your package, please contact our Customer Service for assistance.
