How long does it take to get a refund after returning an item?

Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the package and credited to your original account.
Card payment: within 8 to 15 business days

Will I pay for return shipping?

1. Products with manufacturing defects.

Donner.FR will cover the shipping costs (up to 9 EUR). Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Print it and use it to return the item to Donner.

2. Products without manufacturing defects.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If the value of the item shipped is over 40 EUR, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What should I do if my item/package is broken, not as described, or incorrect?

In case of breakage, non-conformity, or error in the item/package, please follow the steps below to facilitate problem resolution:

1. Contact us by sending clear photos or a video of the issue.
2. We will provide you with a satisfactory solution within 24 to 48 business hours.

Why is the refund not the same as the item's price?

If your order includes a coupon or another discount, the applied discounts will be deducted from the refund.

(For example, if the item costs €10 with a €1 discount, we will refund you €9, as you effectively paid €9.)

Where can I find the return address?

After receiving return authorization from our customer service, we will provide you with the return address and Return Authorization (RA) number.

Items returned without a valid Return Authorization Number will be discarded, and no refund will be issued if the customer does not claim them within 30 days of receipt.

Which items cannot be returned?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

1. Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, dents, scratches or missing (if applicable): manuals, warranties, accessories, etc.
2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
3. Downloadable software

What is the status of my refund?

Most returns can be processed within 5 business days.

Please note that we must first refund your bank within 48 hours.

However, the transfer to your bank account may take 8 to 15 business days. We cannot control the processing speed of your bank. Please contact your bank for more information.

If this is a refund to your PayPal account, the delay will be 7 to 14 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
