Once the package is returned, how long does it take to be refunded?

The refund will be made within 5 working days after the package is received, it will be transferred to your normal account.
By Credit Card: within 8 to 15 working days
By Paypal: within 7 to 14 working days

Do I have to pay the shipping costs for a return?

1. For a quality problem/factory defect, will cover the return delivery costs (up to €9). These costs will be covered once the return authorization has been issued by our after-sales service team, which you have contacted beforehand. 

2. For products without quality problem/factory defect, you will be responsible for the resendage fee for returning it. Delivery costs in this case are non-refundable.
If you are sending a product with a value exceeding €40, we strongly advise you to use a service that allows you to track your package or to purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee to receive your order.

What should I do if my order is broken / not as described / or it's not what I ordered?

For any broken product, not as described, or just the wrong product, please follow the following steps to resolve the dispute: 
1. Contact us by sending clear and accurate photos or videos of the problem in question.
2. We will get back to you with a suitable solution within 24/48 hours working day.


Why is the refund not the same as the price I paid?

If there is a discount or any other discount on your order, the balance amount will therefore be deducted from the refund. (For example, if the product is 10€ with 1€ discount, you will be refunded 9€ because it is what you actually paid)

Where can I find the return address?

After receiving the return authorization from our Customer Service, we will send you the delivery address for the returns and the RA (Returns Authorization) number.
Products returned without a valid RA number will be rejected and not refunded if no customer comes to claim them within 30 days after the invoice date.

What items are accepted for return?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
1. Items with signs of wear, damage, use, dents, scratches, or with missing accessories/manuals/warranties (if applicable).
2. Items marked as non-returnable, or free gifts, cannot be returned.
3. Downloaded software (products in digital form).

What is the status of my return?

Most returns are made within 5 business days.
Although we process the refund within 48 hours, be aware that your bank may take 8 to 15 business days to transfer the money to your account. We cannot influence your bank's transfer speed. Please contact your card bank for any additional information.
If the refund is made to a Paypal account, it may take 7 to 14 working days.
